2019 Birchwood Camp Fall Auction
UPDATE: Thanks to all our donors, supporters, and volunteers. We have raised more than $12,000! This money will help subsidize the cost of running a camp and give scholarships to kids who cannot attend camps due to financial constraints. WHO: Everyone’s invited! This event is for people who care about camp and support our mission and ministry; it is also a great time to find out more about what Birchwood Camp is all about. WHAT: Birchwood Camp’s Annual Dinner and Auction. This will be a time to reflect on all the amazing work that has been done in the past year, have some fun bidding on exciting live and silent auction items, enjoy some great food and reconnect with old friends and make some new ones! Dinner will be provided; donations welcome.
WHEN: Sunday, November 3rd, beginning at 5:00 pm with the silent auction, dinner, then live auction. We plan to wrap up the event around 7-7:30 pm.
