Birchwood Camp Guest Guidelines: These guidelines explain our camp rules and expectations of your group while you are staying at Birchwood Camp. Please share these guidelines with all members of your group!
Birchwood Camp Map: Feel free to download this map of our camp grounds and distribute to your group.
Guest Packing List: This sample packing list will help participants prepare for their time at Birchwood. It’s not all-inclusive, so be sure to check with your group leader for additional items!
Challenge Course Release Form: This release form must be filled out by all guests participating in a session of the Birchwood Camp Challenge Course. Please send or fax to our camp office, or bring completed forms with you for your Challenge Course session.
Birchwood Camp Scholarship Form: Not sure you can afford summer camp programs at Birchwood Camp? We want everyone to be able to come. Download and complete this paper application for financial assistance from the Birchwood Camp Scholarship Fund, and send it into our camp office. If you’ve already registered for camp you can also complete an online version of this form when you log in to your Birchwood Camp account.
For Counselors & Volunteers
All volunteers are required to fill out an application yearly (click here to begin). The application includes information about you so that we can get to know you and make sure your contact information is up to date. You will also be able to select what area of camp you would like to work in, and what age-group you prefer. Once your application is accepted, you will be prompted to fill out your health form online, which is also required yearly.
Volunteer in Mission Team Information Packet: This informational packet is for Volunteer in Mission teams that would like to volunteer at Birchwood Camp. We can typically host 1-3 teams each summer and are open to hosting teams in the off-season.
For Interns & CITs
Young adults interested in gaining experience in the world of camping (and having a fabulous summer job) should check out our Camp Intern Program.
