This list will help you prepare for your time with us at Birchwood. It’s not all inclusive, so be sure to check with your group leader for additional items!
This release form must be filled out by all guests participating in a session of the Community Challenge Course. Please send or fax to our camp office, or bring completed forms with you for your Challenge Course session.
Birchwood Camp Scholarship Application
Not sure you can afford camp? We want everyone to be able to come. Fill out a this application for financial assistance from our Bruce Roberts Memorial Scholarship Fund.
FORMS NEEDED FOR COUNSELORS AND VOLUNTEERS
All volunteers are required to fill out an application yearly. The application includes information about you so that we can get to know you and make sure your contact information is up to date. You will also be able to select what area of camp you would like to work in, and what age-group you prefer. Once your application is accepted, you will be prompted to fill out your health form online, which is also required yearly.

Volunteer in Mission Team Informational Packet
Interested in bringing a work team to Birchwood Camp? Download this packet for all the information you’ll need to learn about the Camp and planning a trip to Alaska. The packet also includes an application for your work team to serve at Birchwood Camp.
Work Team Member Individual Application
Work team members who are coming as part of a UMVIM or other volunteer team must fill out and individual application; this will provide Birchwood Camp with information about your skills and gifts and will help us to make sure that work projects are appropriate for your team.
Individual Volunteer in Mission (VIM) Application
This application is for individuals that are coming to Birchwood Camp to serve as volunteers for a period of time (usually during our summer season). This application will allow us to learn more about you, your gifts and your skills, and how you might fit into the ministry of Birchwood Camp.
