Whole Camp Package
Recommended for groups with 65 or more guests; there is no minimum guest number required to rent the whole camp.
Approximately $1650/ night.
This fee covers lodging only; meal service is charged separately per guest. Approximately $20/ guest for three meals and snacks per day. This package includes exclusive use of all camp facilities and grounds. Some discounts are available.
Main Lodge Package
For mid-sized groups with 20 to 60 guests; 20 guest minimum required.
Starting at $42/ guest/ night.
This fee covers food and lodging for each guest.
This package includes use of the main lodge as a meeting space (outside of meals, which are held in the Lodge and may be shared with other groups), meal service, and sleeping space in some of our sleeping cabins. Extra cabins and/or meeting facilities can be added; additional fees may apply. Some discounts are available.
Fireweed Hall Package
For mid-sized groups with 20 to 60 guests; 20 guest minimum required.
Starting at $42/ guest/ night.
This fee covers food and lodging for each guest.
This package includes use of Fireweed Hall as a meeting space, meal service (meals are held in the Main Lodge and may be shared with other groups), and sleeping space in some of our sleeping cabins. Extra cabins and/or meeting facilities can be added; additional fees may apply. Some discounts are available.
Caribou Cabin Package
For small groups with less than 16 guests; 10 guest minimum required.
Starting at $200/night for the package. This fee includes up to 10 guests.
$20/guest/ night for additional guests.
This package includes lodging and program space in Caribou Cabin. An extra sleeping cabin may be added for extra sleeping space if needed and available. Caribou Cabin has a self-sufficient kitchen– groups can choose to provide their own meals in this small kitchen or arrange for meal service through Birchwood Camp. Meal service costs approximately $20/ guest for three meals and snacks per day. Some discounts are available.
Sourdough and Trapper Cabins
These small cabins can be rented by individuals or families when they are not being used by other rental groups. These rustic cabins are great places for R&R! Both cabins sit near our lake front and ball field. These cabins are heated by wood stoves and have a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Guests have access to main bathhouse.
Trapper Cabin (sleeps up to 4 on bunk beds): $60/night (May – October), $50/night (November – April)
Sourdough Cabin (sleeps 2 on full bed)- $60/night (May – October), $50/night (November – April)
