We hope this note finds you and your family safe and healthy. It has been 9 months since we temporarily closed our doors to guest groups due to COVID-19. It is still uncertain when we can safely welcome them again to use our facilities. With the cancellation and postponement of reservations, our income has completely stopped. Even though events were cancelled, there are still bills to pay to keep camp running. You have been our partner in ministry for 60 years. Now, more than ever, we need your help. We need your help to make sure that our doors stay open. We are asking you to:

Pray for us and with us. We believe that prayers can move mountains and this pandemic is a mountain that we can conquer together.

Donate your stimulus check or part of it to Birchwood Camp. We know that there are some people who feel like they do not need their stimulus check. If you are one of these people, please consider donating all or part of your check to Birchwood Camp. Your donation would help us continue paying for overhead and our most essential staff.

We want to let you know that in response to the COVID-19 mitigation, we are cancelling the first 3 sessions of camp. These include Woodlanders Session 1, Faith Adventure Camp and MADD Camp. We will let you know in the coming weeks if we will continue with the rest of summer camps.

In response to COVID-19 we have closed camp to retreat groups and campers from March 15 through at least June 14. Our facilities and grounds continue to need care. This is our maintenance and repair season. This year we are repairing the office/house windows, bathroom, and septic system; and the Lodge floor supports and flooring.
