About The Weekend
Family Camp at Birchwood Camp is designed for families of all shapes and sizes (parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, grown up kids, etc) to spend quality family time together while making great memories at camp! Participants will enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting, fellowship with other families, delicious meals & snacks (dinner Friday through lunch Sunday provided), organized camp activities, and free time with their families.

Registration fees: $100 per adult, $65 per child/teen (under 18), free for babies & toddlers under 3. $25 is non-refundable per family on all registrations. Cancellations before December 1 will receive a full refund except for the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations on or before December 15 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after December 15 will receive no refund.
What to Bring
Not allowed at camp: pets, alcohol, drugs, and weapons.
Please bring the following: Sleeping Bag • Pillows • Flashlights • Toiletries • Towels/Washcloths • Adequate Clothes for outdoor activities • Outdoor Recreation Equipment (ice skates/sleds/snowshoes) • Helmet for ice activities • Cameras • Musical Instruments
The facilities include six log cabins (with heat & electricity), each with 12 bunks, a centralized bathroom & shower house, Fireweed Hall meeting space, a Sweat Lodge, and the Main Lodge for dining & meeting. Birchwood Camp also has 160 acres of beautiful land with hiking trails, a ball field, a playground and a 30 acre lake.
