Jeremy, a beloved member of the Birchwood Camp family began his association as a camper at the age of 3 in 1991! He volunteered as a counselor, a Dean and joined the Board of Directors to help steer Birchwood Camp for future generations. Jeremy loved sharing Birchwood Camp with family and friends. He also enjoyed introducing Alaska to new friends he made at Birchwood Camp. When he volunteered at camp he was always up for a game, time in fellowship and worship music! Jeremy’s love of fellowship and basketball will be memorialized with a new program pavilion for fellowship, games, and worship. It is also our intention to place a memorial bench by the swimming area and ball field improvements.
We are hosting Alumni Weekend (a dream of Jeremy’s) July 1-2, 2023 with a Kickball Game in Memory of Jeremy and cookout. If you wish to attend the weekend; the fee is $100 per adult / $60 per child. If you wish to only attend the Kickball Game in Memory of Jeremy and cookout we ask you consider a donation to cover the cost of food. We still need the registration form completed to be sure we will have enough staffing/food for all those wishing to attend any part of the weekend. Thank you.
