Birchwood Camp offers overnight facilities for groups up to 100 people. We know that every group has different needs, so there is no “one size fits all” rental package; the options listed below are popular rental packages and may be a good fit for your group. The prices listed below are subject to change at any time and do not include all possible charges or discounts.

We also offer facilities for day use, a variety of camping programs, and team-building experiences on our challenge course.

Main Camp Package

Recommended for groups with 60 or more guests or groups that prefer to have main camp to themselves. This package includes use of all lodging and meeting spaces on camp; there is no minimum number required to rent main camp. Ask about additional discounts for schools and UMC groups.

• Regular rate: $5000 per night
• Minimum 60, Maximum 200.
• Only cabin space for 100, other 100 would be in tents or not overnight guests. 
• Meal service is charged separately per guest (see food services for more info).

Fireweed Hall (Upper & Lower) Package

This package is designed for mid-sized groups with 25 to 60 guests; a 25 guest minimum required. The Fireweed Hall package features lots of great multi-purpose meeting space including both the upper and lower levels of Fireweed Hall, and sleeping space in some of our sleeping cabins. Dining service is provided by Birchwood Camp for all groups using this space (see food services for more info). Meals are served in the Main Lodge and may be shared with other groups. Extra cabins and/or meeting facilities can be added; additional fees may apply. 

Main Lodge Package

This package is designed for mid-sized groups with 25 to 60 guests; a 25 guest minimum required. The Main Lodge package includes use of the main lodge as a meeting space (outside of meal times; meals are held in the Lodge and may be shared with other groups). Dining service is provided by Birchwood Camp for all groups using this space (see below for rates). Extra cabins and/or meeting facilities can be added; additional fees may apply. 

• Regular rate: $50 per guest per night

Caribou Cabin Package

This package is designed for small groups with less than 16 guests. The per guest overnight rate includes lodging and meeting space in Caribou Cabin; an extra sleeping cabin may be added if needed and available. Caribou Cabin has a self-sufficient kitchen– groups can choose to provide their own meals in this small kitchen or arrange for meal service through Birchwood Camp (see Food Services). 

•  $50 per Guest, per night. $350 refundable cleaning fee. Minimum 10, Maximum 30. Caribou sleeps up to 20, Cabins can be added to this rental if they are available. 

Sourdough and Trapper Cabins

These small cabins can be rented by individuals or families when they are not being used by other rental groups. These rustic cabins are great places for R&R! Both cabins sit near our lake front and ball field. These cabins are heated by wood stoves and have a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Guests have access to main bathhouse. Trapper Cabin sleeps up to 6 people (on bunk beds). Sourdough Cabin sleeps up to 2 people (one full bed).

Rental rates include lodging only. Guests can arrange for meal service through Birchwood Camp if desired and available. Some discounts are available.

• Sourdough Cabin: $125 per night. Maximum 2 guests
• Trapper Cabin: $125 per night. Maximum 6 guests

Other Rentals

• Cabin rental only: $600 per night per cabin. Does not include Caribou.
• RV Space per night: $50
• Tent Space per night: $25 per tent. Maximum 6 person Tent.
• All of the above include use of the bath house and trails.
