Faith in Motion Day Camp: June 1-5
For campers entering grades Kindergarten – 6th
Registration Fee: $300
Music, Art, Drama and Dance (MADD) Camp: June 22-27
For campers entering grades 5-12
Registration Fee: $630
Woodlanders Camp:
Session 1: June 28- July 1
Session 2: July 6-9
Session 3: July 13-16
For campers entering grades 4-8
Registration Fee: $400
Birchwood Family Camp: June 24-26
For Grandparents, godparents, friends who are family, moms, dads, guardians, and kids of all ages
Registration Fee: $100 per person, $25 for under 2
Camp Fee Details:
Early Bird Discount: Our early bird discount is 10% off the price of camp. Early Bird deadline is May 1! When you register online, the Early Bird price is already calculated.
Bring-a-Friend Discount: With our Bring-a-Friend Discount incentive, you will receive $25.00** off the price of your camp for each *new camper that you or your child bring to camp. This is our way of thanking you for helping us make camp even better by bringing along a friend! Simply list your friend’s name in the referral area of your camp registration. Camp staff will apply the discount after your friend registers for camp.
* New campers are defined as those who have not been to any Birchwood Camp event in the past three years.
**Discounts cannot exceed the cost of your registration fee.

Our cancellation policy: All camp registrations require a $75 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations at least 30 days before the start of the camp session will receive a full refund except for the $75 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations at least 14 days before the session start date will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of a camp session will receive no refund.
