Camp will run from 9:30 am – 4 pm daily. Optional Overnight Thursday, June 10th – Friday, June 11th.

For campers entering grades kindergarten – 5th

Camp Fee: $400

Transportation from central meeting point in Anchorage: $100

Overnight at Birchwood Thursday Night: $35

Birchwood Camp’s Faith in Motion Day Camp allows campers to connect with others through movement based learning. Campers can expect to spend time learning about being in community, engaging with their faith through movement, and building confidence in participating and sharing in group activities. This camp will also include games, water front activities, learning time, crafts, and more! Lunch and a snack will be provided daily.

Transportation:

Transportation Available from a central point in Anchorage to be named later. Preregistration is required on Campminder and it is $100 per camper.

No camp provided transportation is available on Monday morning or Friday afternoon.

Adults are required to drop off campers at Birchwood on Monday and pick up their campers at Birchwood on Friday.

Drop off is at Anchor Park 8:30 am and Pick up is at Anchor Park at 5:00 pm.

Volunteering:

While we have staff that support all of our programming, we also take applications from community members, especially parents, who may be interested in volunteering at camp! Volunteers could volunteer for the day portions of the camp, or they could volunteer for the overnight portion, especially recommended for parents of the youngest children opting in to the overnight option! Interested volunteers can apply on our website when registration opens. If selected, volunteers will undergo a background check as well as camp safety training.
